1. Appointment Booking

By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms. Appointments can be booked online at any time and are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

You may choose to pay at the time of booking or reserve with a card on file and pay at your appointment using cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund, no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged
  • No-show: 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards for online payments. At the time of your appointment, we also accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Gift cards can be applied toward any service. Remaining balances after a service will stay on the gift card for future use.

5. Health and Safety

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your session. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a session could be harmful to your health.

If you are pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can ensure you receive appropriate prenatal massage care.

6. Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

7. Professional Conduct

Just What You Knead provides professional therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
